Healthy Fasting Diet

Fasting diet programs are a great way to purify one’s entire body from toxic compounds that collect because of all the processed meals and man-made ingredients that we consume. Fasting diets is also an effective way of a short term weightloss routine you can use to start a lasting weight loss program. An example of a healthful fasting diet is cabbage soup diet, a 7 day diet plan that involves eating cabbage soup and water, and a few restrained group of foods.

Cabbage soup gives your body a healthy source of vitamins and minerals when you are on a fasting diet. This will allow you to shed 10 to 15 pounds within just a week on a regular supply of nutrition. The recipe is composed of green peppers, whole tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, celery, Lipton soup mix, bouillon, V8 juice, and seasonings. Apart from these items, you can even alter the recipe so that it will not be monotonous throughout the duration of the fasting diet.

As for the fasting diet program itself, for the duration of the very first day, take in just the cabbage soup and any fruit with the exception of banana. You may drink unsweetened tea, black coffee and water. For the second day, take in fresh, uncooked or cooked vegetables except dry beans, peas, and sweet corn, in addition to much cabbage soup you want. Do not eat fruits. For dinner, eat a big baked potato. For the third day, eat just as much as fruit, vegetables, and soup that you like. For the fourth day, have 8 bananas and ingest as many  glasses of skim milk, along with the cabbage soup. For the fifth day, you may consume meat in the form of 300-500g of beef,  broiled or baked skin free chicken, or broiled fish. Eat the cabbage soup at least once. For the sixth day, eat ground beef and clean greens or salad, together with at least one serving of cabbage soup. On the last day, you can start consuming brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables, with the usual cabbage soup.
